Reiki I Training

Finding Wellness’ Reiki Level I training is for anyone who feels called to this energy practice, no matter your experience with the healing arts. Reiki is a safe, balancing, intelligent, gentle, harmonizing energy that heals on all levels – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
You will receive:
-Level I Reiki attunement
-Hands on experience
-How to treat yourself and others with Reiki energy
-Lessons on locating and removing energy blocks
-Reiki treatment guidelines and ethics
-Reiki Level I Certificate from the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage
